20-minute Oral Presentation

All presentation rooms will be equipped with Microsoft Windows-based computers, projectors, and projection screens. No Internet access is available in the presentation rooms. There will be a staff in each room to make sure the presentation is proceeding as scheduled. Please limit your presentation within 15 minutes and leave 5 minutes for discussions. Certificate will be awarded after each presentation.

*Note: Please bring your presentation files on a flash drive (USB) or CD and provide your files to TASSM while you check-in for the conference.

Poster Presentation

Each poster presenter will be provided a 90cm * 120cm tack board to which you can attach your poster. Thumbtacks and tables are available at the conference. Certificate will be awarded after the poster session.

The tack boards will be set up by 11:00 am on the day of poster presentation. You can put up your poster after this time. Please remove your poster on your own right after the poster session.
