    The conference will be held in Taipei Chientan Youth Activity Center. Chientan Youth Activity Center is a historical multi-function educational facility in Taipei City. The facility contains large meeting and lodging areas. Transportation time from the Chientan Activity Center to the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport is about one hour.
